was founded by Carolien de Roode:
“After an approximate 25 years in HR consulting and management, I decided to focus full-time on individual coaching. I want to share my life and experience and employ my analytic skills, my sharp eye and sense of humour to help people gain new insights in themselves, their behaviour, their (often inhibiting) convictions, the choices they make – all with the aim to set individual steps towards the future.
I am a trained coach specialising in stress and burnout mentoring. I completed the education ICM Individuele Coaching, certified by and according to the standards of NOBCO, the Dutch association of professional coaches. This association ensures high-quality teaching.
In order to maintain this high quality, I regularly participate in trainings and complementary courses. In addition, I regularly make use of (group) supervision and coaching to keep me on my toes.
I live in Amsterdam, close to Vondelpark, together with my partner. We have four daughters aged 20 to 28; one is still living at home.
If I’m not coaching, you will probably find me gardening (I have a little allotment garden at the edge of the city). I much enjoy travelling, swimming and I love watching football and other sports.
I am looking forward to meeting to meeting you; don’t hesitate to drop in for a complimentary take-in where we can get to know each other and assess if coaching is the right form of support for you. If, however, it becomes evident that coaching does not fit your situation, I gladly advise you of possible further steps.
